WELLNESS EDUCATION
Do you have strong spiritual health but poor physical health? Have you ever recognized the impact overeating, poor food quality, or lack of exercise have on your moods, energy level, and relationships, yet struggled to live differently? Do you ever wonder how to instill better habits in your kids? Are you facing a scary food allergy or food-related health diagnosis?
If you answered yes to any of these questions you're not alone. Physical health is a significant part of the believer's life and it's difficult to maintain in this busy, broken world. We're here to support you. We don't pretend to be "experts" but rather people passionate about using good stewardship over the bodies God has gifted us. We're here to offer individual support for questions about nutrition, food choices, vitamins, developing new habits, self-care, and exercise.
For More information please contact Susan Weckter at or (916) 645-0861
Note: Wellness Coaching is meant to compliment other options within Soul Care (i.e. budget, career & life coaching; counseling; workshops; groups; classes), as well as, resources available through other ministries and in the surrounding community.
