SERVE
Bridgeway is a volunteer run church. Our paid staff size is small in proportion to the size of the church. Almost all of our ministries, services, events, and missions are planned, supported, and executed by volunteer ministry team leaders and the volunteer teams they lead.
In other words, we can not be the family we are without you. The minute you step into our building, you change our DNA as a family. Whether you realize it or not, you bring in giftings and talents that God wants you to use for His glory. If you don't think you have anything to offer, you're wrong!
Start somewhere basic if you need to... serve as a greeter or work with Kidsway. Then when you get a chance take one of our spiritual gift assesment classes... they will help you identify your own giftings, and connect you with ministries that you may be a good fit with to serve in.
Whether it's volunteering in the offices, cutting out crafts, serving food to the homeless in Sacramento, cutting hair at The Gathering Inn event, or rockign babies to sleep in the nursery... there's something here that you can do to help!
