This will be Bridgeway’s second trip to Cambodia. We have partnered with Agape International Missions (AIM) who has multiple ministry sites in the country that love, rescue, house, and educate kids who have been victimized by sex trafficking, as well as ministering to the communities. Our ministry involves VBS, medical clinic, community services, teaching educational classes, bible studies, computer skills, photography, music, and working out with the men in Svay Pak. For the community service, we will be handing out rice, work gloves and burn kits to the families in each of the 9 brick factories. This year we will be splitting our time between Svay Pak and Siem Reap spending a week in each location.
Ideal candidates for this trip are spiritually mature Christians with willing hearts to serve. Because of the nature of the mission, men are often apprehensive about being a part of this mission. But in reality a Godly male influence is so needed on this trip to give hope to the kids and show that there are good men in this world as well as mentor the men in the community.
