FITNESS AND NUTRITION with Lara Perrow (Six Weeks) in the HUB 10:00-11:00 A.M.

Get some new recipes that are healthy and easy. Learn about healthier alternatives to your favorite foods. Pray and laugh with women while exercising all the muscles in your body. Come fellowship and exercise with us every Tuesday morning from 10am to 11am for 6 weeks.
