Edge Jr High Overview
EDGE is our ministry for junior highers (6th-8th grade) We meet weekly on Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8:30pm. Each week we focus on getting more and more familiar with who God is and what His word is about and what it means to live life with Him in the mix. Every week includes food, some interesting (if not down right weird) games, worship, and time in a smal group. We cap off the night by getting into God's word and seeing where it meets life... real life. So if that's what you're looking for... then join us as we live life on the EDGE!

WHAT YOU'LL FIND
In this minsitry you find a staff that is called to work with junior highers specifically. An interactive teaching format with some more high energy games and activities and great music. The lessons and talks are geared to getting through those tough junior high years with God's help. So come check it out Wednesday nights at 6:30pm and see what God has in store for you. You do not want to miss it!
WHAT WE DO
Our events range from Winter camp to Summer camp and all stops in between. We bowl, mini-golf, and sometimes we just decide to hang out and watch a movie. Every week we meet together and hang out, sing a little (or a lot), talk about relevant stuff & Jesus, and meet in small groups with the incredible EDGE staff.
A MESSAGE FROM JUSTIN...
So here's the thing.... EDGE is a great group of people that are only missing one thing... YOU. Especialluy if you are a Middle School student here at Bridgeway. I know some of you are nervous... maybe you've come from another group, maybe you don't know what to expect, or maybe you just didn't know we were here. Whatever the reason is, you should at least give us a try. This group is not really like others. While we want to have a good time, laugh a bunch and make great memories, we are serious about you getting to know Jesus a whole lot better.... bottom line. That is what's most important to me. Of course while learning about Jesus you could get shot in the head with a marshmellow... or ten. We talk about issues that matter to you and your friends, that make a difference on your campus and in your life. So you might be sitting out there looking for a group where you fit in and know your loved... I would say... this just may be the place for you.
Once you decide to check it out... don't hold back! Just come as you are, we don't do fakey fake Chrisitian here, it just doesn't work for us. So be yourself, be honest, and jump right in... we will totally reach out to you and open the door... the stepping in is up to you. We can be a little loud, we can be a little wierd, but then again... who isn't? So this is my personal, online, over the internet, invitation to come join us at EDGE every Wednesday night.
