Our
Our Vision: To present biblical truths and stories in a culturally relevant, humorous and unique manner and to provide an outlet for creative people to share their God given gifts on stage and off.
Our History: We began this ministry in 1998 with a series of short skits. Susie Hahn was the director. We soon came to realize that the scripts we were using were out dated and cheesy so we began writing our own scripts based on current events and issues facing Christians. This became a big hit and we decided to take the next big step and produce our very first Christmas play. Jay Evans wrote the script and Suzie Hahn directed. We presented the Christmas story in a humorous format with songs. It was such a hit we went one step further in 1999 and left the traditional Christmas story format behind and created a completely original story about two rats that kidnap the toys under the Christmas tree but soon learn the true meaning of Christmas.
In 2005 we took another step and created our first summer play in addition to our Christmas production. This provided an outlet for other stories to be told from the bible such as the story of Noah, Samson and David.
Each play has a culturally relevant style to make it more relatable and enjoyable. We’ve used elements of pop culture to tell our stories such as Seinfeld, Friends, Star Trek, The Dick Van Dyke show, Monty Python, Grease, Toy Story, The Grinch, The Wizard of Oz, and The Old West to name just a few.
