Soul Care hosts a FREE workshop with guest speaker, Kim Fredrickson, author of Give Yourself a Break: Turning Your Inner Critic into a Compassionate Friend. In her book, Kim advises readers to stop beating themselves up and to give themselves a break. Too often we tell ourselves things that we’d never say to others. All this negative self-talk can be devastating. Through inspiring stories of transformation, Kim helps us learn to give ourselves grace—and to change our relationships, our outlook on life, and our view of ourselves in the process.
