What is Discipleship?
Blueprints for Growth represents a church-wide strategy for making disciples at Bridgeway. Our desire is to bring people to maturity in Christ, but what does that look like and how do we get there?
We know discipleship is not a matter of simply taking a few classes—it’s a life-long process. But the classes we offer are building blocks, pieces of the much larger puzzle that is discipleship. Our desire is to bring people to maturity in Christ so that we, who are disciples of Jesus, will look more and more like Him in our inward character and outward behavior. We are not interested in a one-size-fits-all program but a strategy and approach that fits what God is doing at Bridgeway and the unique culture He has given us. And we, as individuals, are at different places in our walks with the Lord. So we’ll be offering a variety of classes to help us grow spiritually, no matter where we are on that journey.
We have assembled an array of gifted teachers who are passionate about what they teach. Most of them have graduate degrees in Bible, Theology or related fields, and they have extensive teaching experience. Blueprints classes are held during the service times on weekends, so if you have children, the complete Kidsway children's program will be available during each of the classes.
Blueprints Tracks
Blueprints classes are designed around what we call Tracks – specific focus areas of study. In the left channel of this web site you will see navigation links to the various Tracks.
