It's no secret that marriages are under attack today like never before. The divorce rate in the Church is no different than in our culture at large. If we are going to withstand the storms of life that try to tear apart our marriages, we need to be proactive about keeping our marriages thriving.

As part of our Family Ministry at Bridgeway, we have a Marriage Enrichment ministry led by Chris & Lara Perrow. Chris & Lara are passionate about helping us keep our marriages strong. Besides coordinating the Weekend to Remember marriage conference each year, they also organize marriage enrichment small groups at Bridgeway. HomeBuilders

The HomeBuilders couple series is designed to strengthen marriages and develop supportive relationships with other couples. Whether you’ve been married for years or are newly married, this series will help you and your spouse discover timeless principles from God's Word that you can apply to your marriage. There is no better way to develop your marriage than in the fun and friendly environment of a small group bible study.

Improving Communication in Your Marriage - HomeBuilders Study
Let's face it! We're not always the best at communicating our thoughts and feelings with our spouse. This 6-session small group study is designed to bring husbands and wives closer to each other and to God, and closer to other couples in the process. You will study God's Word, share in your challenges and successes, and build a marriage that will last.

Together with other couples, you and your spouse will...
- Recognize and understand the barriers to good communication
- Learn ways to make your relationship a priority
- Discover practical steps to resolving conflict
- Increase spiritual intimacy as you seek God together

Love and Respect

Love and Respect is a 12-week video and workbook series that teaches couples how to apply Ephesians 5:33 to there marriages. "However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband."

In this study, you will embark on a wonderful adventure concerning love and respect in marriage. As you spend time viewing and discussing the video, you will be answering three major questions:

- Why do we negatively react to each other in marriage?
- How do I best motivate my spouse?
- What if my spouse doesn’t respond to me?
