Hi, I’m totally excited and blessed to be a part of Bridgeway, serving Jesus and our wonderful church family. My wife, Becky, and I retired in 2006, served for about 3 years on short-term mission/relief trips, then moved to this area to be near family. Along with serving, I am passionate about being a Godly husband, father and grandfather. Our two daughters, sons-in-law and five grandchildren, all of whom attend Bridgeway, are the loves of our lives and we so enjoy vacationing, sharing an being together.

God’s grace and mercy have been so abundant in our lives and He’s given us great love and compassion for loving on and caring for His people. We are so blessed to host a Small Group and serve on the Greeting and Event Teams. We are determined, by God’s Grace, to “finish strong” and serve His people as long as He sees fit.

I’m a father of five kids and the husband to one fantastic woman of God. I have been serving here at Bridgeway for almost 14 years as an Elder. I enjoy the family life that has been created here at Bridgeway and really enjoy greeting and meeting people at the door. We used to attended every service, but have cut back due to family activities. I enjoy sports and have a heart for kids in sports. I have been loyal to my child teams, but always enjoy a well played game. My wife and I have led a small group for  6 years for married with children couples. We enjoy life and seeing God’s hands at work in all we do.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Shanna for 19 years.  We have two children, my daughter Tayler 16 and my son Trever 13.  I was born and raised in Northern California and have lived in the Roseville area since 1986.  I work at AT&T (so does my wife) and have been there for 14 years in the Federal Sales Department.  My personal hobbies are playing golf and fishing whenever the opportunity presents itself.  However, that seems to be few and far in between these days (I need to work on that)!

We have been attending Bridgeway for about 12 years and it has been an amazing time of growth for my family and I.  I have been blessed with the opportunity lead and serve in multiple ministries over the past 10 years.  I led the Greeting Ministry for several years, Men’s Ministry for 8 years and served as a volunteer Chaplain at the Placer County Jail for 5 years, (as part of our prison ministry)

I currently serve as an Elder at the church and have been for 5 years.  Over the last couple of years, with having one high school and one junior high student, I have found myself volunteering in each of these youth ministries and assisting with things like discipleship training, mentoring and summer camp counselor (that’s my favorite experience in youth ministry).  It’s been an amazing experience to watch my children grow in the Lord and serve along side of them.
